Delete your DishDelightful account

In the DishDelightful mobile app: Account → Delete Account (in the Danger Zone section).

1. Open DishDelightful on your phone and sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. In Danger Zone, choose Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete my account.

The app confirms that your request was received and signs you out. Deletion cannot be undone once the request is accepted.

If you can't use the app — for example you no longer have your phone or can't sign in — email info@innoversehub.com with the subject “Delete my DishDelightful account”.

• Send it from the email address you use to sign in to DishDelightful.
• If you use Sign in with Apple with a hidden email address, say so in your message so we can help confirm the account.
• Never send your password, payment card details, or verification codes.

To protect your account, we only act on a request we can confirm comes from the account holder, and we may reply to the email address on the account to confirm it. Once confirmed, your account is deleted through the same process as an in-app request, and we reply to let you know the request was accepted.

Your account is disabled as soon as the deletion request is accepted. DishDelightful then deletes or de-identifies account-associated data through an automated background process, except for the limited records described below. Encrypted backup copies may remain until normal backup retention periods expire.

Account-associated DishDelightful data is removed, including your profile and preferences, personal recipes and cookbook content, favorites and cooking history, Dishi conversations, meal scans, your own grocery and pantry items, notification settings and device registrations, your plan and usage records, and your Credit balance.

If you belong to someone else's Shared Kitchen, your membership ends and grocery and pantry items you added there stay with that Kitchen. Meal plans belong to the Kitchen and stay with it. If you own a Shared Kitchen that still has other members, deletion cannot proceed until you delete that Shared Kitchen in the app or contact support.

Some limited records may be retained: purchase event records received from our purchase provider (without a link to your account) for reconciliation and fraud prevention, records of the deletion request itself, and security audit references. Purchase receipts are held by Apple or Google under their own policies. Encrypted database backups may retain copies until normal backup retention periods expire.

Recipes that DishDelightful's AI generated for you may be kept without any link to your account.

Deleting your DishDelightful account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel the subscription through your App Store or Google Play account.

Deleting your account also removes your Premium access record and any remaining Credit balance on your DishDelightful account.
